摘　　要：作为学生课题实验，对光谱线的线型、数据的平滑、寻峰以及一些误差因素进行了实验研究；在此基础上，编写了测量程序。在该测量程序中，提供了寻峰的快速高效算法和处理高频噪声的滤波功能。实验表明，该测量程序功能齐全、界面友好，测得的波长值与准确值比较，误差小于±1A。This paper analyzed the profile of spectrum, methods of data smoothing and peak searching and factors for the error; further more submitted the software realization, in which an efficient algorithm for peak searching and a function of eliminating high frequency noise by FFT filtering are proposed. With the verification of experiments, this software excels in many aspects and the measurement error is within ± 1 A.
