摘　　要：目的:观察bax基因在紫杉醇诱导HL-60细胞凋亡过程中的表达。方法:将不同浓度的紫杉醇作用于HL-60细胞,用RT-PCR法检测药物孵育前后bax基因的表达水平。结果:在紫杉醇诱导HL-60细胞凋亡过程中bax基因的表达水平上升,并显示剂量效应。结论:bax基因参与紫杉醇诱导HL-60细胞凋亡的基因调控。Objective ：To observe whether antimicrotubular drug taxol might induce apoptosis in HL-60 cell line and to study the role of bax gene in the process. Methods： （1）Different concentrations of taxol were used to treat HL-60 cells and the effects of dose were observed;（2）Bax gene mRNAs were studied by RT-PCR technique. Results： （1）Taxol could inhibit HL-60 cell growth within a certain range of treating dose;（2）Apoptosis was induced in relation to dose ;（3）The expression of bax mRNAs was increased after taxol treatment. Condusions：Taxol can induce HL-60 cell apoptosis.It might provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Bax gene participate in the taxol induced apoptosis of HL-60 cells.
