卡维地洛治疗老年轻中度高血压的降压疗效和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的评价卡维地洛治疗老年轻中度原发性高血压的降压疗效和安全性。方法46例老年轻中度高血压患者经过清洗期后,每日口服卡维地洛片12．5mg,如血压不达标,增加剂量12．5mg/2周,直至8周结束观察。结果46例患者服药2周末舒张压即明显下降,治疗8周末平均剂量为25 mg/d,收缩压和舒张压分别降低19．66 mm Hg和14．31 mm Hg,总有效率为76．41%,总显效率为65．2%,服药后心率在正常范围内下降2．76次/min,血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯无明显改变,血糖在正常范围内轻度升高。不良反应主要是头晕,头疼,困倦,但均较轻微,停药后消失。结论老年轻中度原发性高血压患者每日口服卡维地洛片12．5～37．5 mg安全有效。Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of carvedilol in elderly patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods A total of 46essential hypertensive patients with diastolic blood pressure above 95 mmHg were enrolled in the 8 week study. After taking 2 placebo for 2 weeks, all the patients were given carvedilol 12.5 mg qd . If diastolic blood pressure 〉90 mm Hg, the dose was added 12.5 mg/d every two weeks until their dosage was 37.5 mg/d. Results At the end of second week, the blood pressure decreased significantly. The average dosage was 25mg qd at the end of the 8th week. The diastolic blood pressure decreased with extend of 14.31 mm Hg, the total efficacy was 76.2%, the heart rate was also decreased and the plasma glucose increased slightly, but those were in normal range. The adverse reactions were dizziness and faint, which were mild and could relieved quickly after stopping the treatment. Conclusion The treatment with carvedilol can get good effects in elderly patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension,which shows that the carcedilol is an effctive and safe anti-hypertensive medicine.
