摘 要:以椰壳活性碳载CeO2作为粒子群阳极,通过电化学催化氧化脱除汽油中的硫化物。热力学研究表明,模型硫化物的理论分解电压并不高,一般为0.1-0.5 V,在电解液中加入Ce3+,既可提高脱硫速率,又可增大脱硫率。实验结果表明,以碳载CeO2为粒子群阳极,以Ce(NO3)3为电解液,在最佳脱硫条件,即分解电压2.0 V、CeO2负载量为5%(质量分数),Ce3+离子浓度0.08 mol/l、汽油/电解液进料体积比1∶3、电流密度155 mA/cm2和进料流速80 ml/min时,汽油的最高脱硫率达到60%左右。A new desulfurization process of gasoline was obtained by the means of electrochemically catalytic oxidation. The catalyst particles are cerium dioxide (CeO2) supported on activated carbon particles (CeO2/C) and the electrolyte is aqueous cerium nitrate solution. The CeO2/C particle group anodes can remarkably accelerate the electrochemical reaction rate and promote the electrochemical catalysis performance for the electrochemical desulfurization reaction. The thermodynamics study indicated the theoretical decomposition voltage of model sulfide ranged from 0.1-0.5V. The experimental results indicated that the optimal desulfurization conditions were as follows: the decomposition voltage, the CeO2 mass fraction, concentration of Ce^3+ ions in electrolyte, the volume ratio of gasoline-to-electrolyte, the current intensity and feed volume flow rate were 2.0 V, 5%, 0.08 mol/1, 3 : 1, 155 mA/cm^2, and 80 ml/min, respectively. Under these conditions the concentration of sulfur in gasoline was reduced to about 60%, and the main properties of the product were hardly affected.
