摘 要:采用加压热天平考察了1248-1323 K、0.1-2.0 MPa下的石油焦CO2气化动力学特性。在此基础上提出了一个正态分布函数模型,很好地拟合了不同温度、压力下的石油焦CO2气化速率随转化率的变化规律。结果表明,石油焦CO2气化速率随着石油焦转化率的提高先增加后降低,呈单峰曲线,常压下在转化率为0.3左右出现最大值。最大气化速率对应的转化率随着温度的升高有降低的趋势。模型中的参数rm与温度的关系符合Arrhenius定律,由此求出0.1、1.0、2.0 MPa下石油焦CO2气化的活化能分别为197.7、233.4、218.2 kJ/mol,与文献数据相符。Kinetics characteri 2. 0 MPa was studied shown decreas stics of petroleum coke by using a pressurized that the gasification rate of coke increased w gasification with C thermogravimetric ith the increase of 02 at 1248-1323 K analyzer (TGA). The relationship between the parameter rm of the normal distribution function model and temperature obeys the Arrhenius law. Activation energies of coke - CO2 gasification under 0.1, 1.0, 2.0 MPa calculated from the Arrhenius law were 197.7, 233.4, 218.2 kJ/mol, respectively, which were in accordance with reported data.
