摘　　要：The boundedness of maximal multilinear commutator on certain weighted spaces is obtained. The boundedness of mulitilinear commutators of singular integrals with Calderon-Zygmund kernel on Herz-type spaces is also considered.The boundedness of maximal multilinear commutator on certain weighted spaces is obtained.
