摘　　要：针对现阶段安全评价工作中存在的问题,从建立统一规范的行业主要风险评价专家系统、评价范围的确定和评价单元的划分、风险判别准则指标体系的完善和细化、系统各单元(子系统)风险度的合成四个技术层面,探讨了制约安全评价工作的主要技术因素以及解决的基本思路。In the technique of safety evaluation, marking off evaluation unit accurately is a key point. Whether the evaluation unit is accurate or not is of great importance in quality of the finalized report of evaluation. The purpose of marking off evaluation units is for simplifying the work of evaluation as well as to avoid the potential item loss. That is also for improving precision of various qualitative or quantitative methods of evaluation applied, as well as to get relative idea of unit criticality.
