摘  要:目的对阿尔泰狗哇花总黄酮的提取与精制工艺进行研究。方法采用正交设计以确定温度等提取工艺参数。静态下比较了5种大孔吸附树脂和聚酰胺树脂对阿尔泰狗哇花总黄酮的吸附与脱吸附性能。结果总黄酮最佳提取条件为70℃,70%乙醇,25倍溶剂提3次,每次3 h,此条件下总黄酮提取率达91.19%。试验所用6种树脂,用于阿尔泰狗哇花总黄酮的分离纯化,效果都不理想。结论实验结果表明本法能有效提取阿尔泰狗哇花总黄酮,但其纯化工艺需进一步优化。Objective To extract and refine total flavonoids in Heteropappus altaicus (Willd.) Novopokr. Methods Extraction conditions such as the extraction temperature were selected by the orthogonal design method. The adsorption and desorption capability of 5 macroporus resins LSA-20, LSA-21, LSA-30, D-101, AB-8 and polyamide resin in static state were studied by UV-Vis. Results The optimum condition of extraction was as follows: when the solid dissolved in 70% ethanol, the ratio of liquid (mL) to solid (g) was 25 : 1, and the temperature was kept at 70 ℃ for 3 h; the yield of total flavonoids was 91.19 %. All resins above did not have the optimum comprehensive properties of adsorption and desorption of total flavonoids. Conclusion The experiment provides the basis for the extraction of total flavonoids in H. altaicus, but the purification technology opeimization of its product should be studied in the future.
