高效液相色谱法测定塞克硝唑膜剂中塞克硝唑的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定塞克硝唑膜剂中塞克硝唑的含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（200min×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．02molL^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇（73：27），检测波长320nm。结果塞克硝唑在2．95-23．6μg·mL^-1浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），方法平均回收率为99．1％，RSD=0．75％（n=9）。结论该法简便、可靠、专属性强，适合于该制剂的含量测定及产品的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of secnidazole in the films of secnidazole. Methods A C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 02 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphatemethanol （73 ： 27）, and the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wave-length was 320 nm. Results The linear range was 2.95-23.6μg · mL ^-1 （r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery of the method was 99.1%, and RSD was 0. 75% （n=9）. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient and suitable for the determination and the quality control of secnidazole in the films of secnidazole.
