摘　　要：目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定盐酸苯乙双胍片含量及其有关物质双氰胺的方法。方法采用Lichrospher C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-10mmol·L^-1磷酸二氢铵（70：30）（用磷酸调pH至3．5）；盐酸苯乙双胍检测波长：235nm，其有关物质双氰胺检测波长：218nm；流速：1．0mL·min^-1。结果盐酸苯乙双胍在4～40μg·mL^-1呈良好线性（r=0．9994），平均回收率为98．6％，RSD=0．77％。结论本法简便、快速、准确、可靠，可用于控制盐酸苯乙双胍及其有关物质双氰胺的含量。Objective An RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of phenformin hydrochloride and 1 - cyanoguanidine in its tablets. Methods A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-10 mmol · L^-1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution （pH 3.5） （70 ： 30）, at the detection wavelength of 218 nm for 1-cyanoguanidine and 235 nm for phenformin hydrochloride. Results The calibration curve was linear within 4-40 μg · mL^- 1. The average recovery was 98.7%, and RSD=1. 5%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable for the quality control of phenformin hydrochloride and 1 -cyanoguanidine in its tablets.
