摘　　要：目的:探讨乙型肝炎患者血清IGF-Ⅰ的变化及其临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析对91例乙型肝炎患者血清IGF-Ⅰ进行检测并与45例正常对照组比较。结果:乙型肝炎患者血清IGF-Ⅰ较正常对照组增高。结论:乙型肝炎患者血清IGF-Ⅰ与病情密切相关。Objective To study the clinical significance of changes of serum IGF -Ⅰ levels in patients with hepatitis B. Methods Serum IGF - Ⅰ levels were measured with RIA in 91 patients with hepatitis B and 45 controls. Results Serum IGF - Ⅰ levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The levels of serum IGF - Ⅰ were related to the severity of disease process in patients with hepatitis B. In this study, they were highest in patients with cirrhosis.
