摘 要:目的:为了探讨急性肾功能衰竭患者血浆中ET、β2-m和TH水平改变的临床意义。方法:放射免疫分析和化学发光免疫分析测定了78例急性肾功能衰竭患者和35例正常对照组的空腹血浆ET、β2-m和TH水平。结果:78例急性肾功能衰竭患者空腹血浆ET、β2-m和TH水平明显高于35例正常对照组(P<0.01),而T3和FT3的水平明显低于正常对照组(P分别为<0.05和<0.01),T4、FT4、TSH水平与正常对照组无明显差异(P均>0.05)。结论:急性肾功能衰竭患者血浆中ET、β2-m和TH的放射免疫分析和化学发光免疫分析是急性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能衰竭的早期诊断肾损伤的重要指标。Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of plasma ET, β2 - m and thyroid hormone (TH : T3, T4, FT3, FT4 and TSH) levels in patients with acute renal failure (ARF). Methods Plasma ET, β2 -m (with RIA) and thyroid hormones (with CLIA) levels were determined in 78 patients with ARF and 35 controls. Results Plasma ET and β2 - m levels in patients with ARF were significantly higher than those in controls (both P 〈 0.01 ), but plasma T3 and FT3 levels were significantly lower (P 〈0.05 and 〈0.01, respectively), T4, FT4 and TSH levels in patients with ARF were not significantly different from those in controls (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion ET, 2β- m and thyroid hormones could serve as markers for early detection of acute renal failure.
