摘  要:目的:评价血浆肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)在化疗药心肌毒性的早期诊断价值。方法:89例肿瘤病人,化疗前及化疗各周期分别检测血浆cTnI,肌酸磷酸激酶(CK-Mb),超声心动图(UCG)及心电图(ECG)。对比化疗前、化疗各周期各指标的变化。结果:化疗各周期与化疗前对比,患者UCG、ECG、临床症状无明显变化;化疗前、化疗各周期,cTnI均值及阳性率水平变化差异显著;CK-Mb均值差异显著,而阳性率变化差异显著。结论:cTnI可做为肿瘤化疗药心肌毒性的早期敏感特异性指标。Objective To study the value of plasma eTnI level as a marker for early detection of myocardial toxicity during chemotherapy. Methods Plasma eTnI (with ELISA) and CK -Mb (with biochemistry) levels were dynamically measured and echocardiography, EKG repeatedly performed in 89 patients with various malignancies both before and after each cycle of chemotherapy (total 6 cycles). Results Mean plasma eTnI levels increased gradually during the course of chemotherapy and after the 3rd cycle, were significantly higher those before treatment. CK -Mb also gradually increased and the increase was significant after the 4^th cycle, however, the absolute value of CK - Mb was always within the normal range. The eehoeardiography and EKG were little changed. Conclusion Elevation of plasma eTnI levels duving chemotherapy was an early and sensitive indicator of subtle myocardiotoxicity.
