摘 要:在双驱动磁力搅拌釜中,对FeⅡ(EDTA)(乙二胺四乙酸亚铁)溶液络合吸收NO进行研究,考察溶液pH值、O2体积分数、SO32-浓度等对NO吸收效果的影响.结果表明,在pH值小于4的酸性条件下,溶液吸收能力很差;当pH值大于4时,吸收容量随着pH值的增加而快速增加,而在pH值大于6以后,吸收容量基本相等.由于FeⅡ(EDTA)中的亚铁很容易被O2氧化而失效,溶液对NO的吸收能力随着O2体积分数的增加而下降.经测定,当O2的体积分数为5%和8%时,FeⅡ(EDTA)溶液对NO的吸收容量分别为没有氧气作用时的50%和31%;SO32-可部分还原失效的络合吸收剂,加入1 mmol.L-1的SO32-可使溶液对NO的吸收容量增加50%.The nitric oxide (NO) complex absorption by ferrous nitrilotriacetic acid solution was studied in a double stirred reactor. The influence of pH of absorption solution, O2 concentration in the simulated flue gas and the concentration of SO3^2- on NO absorption capacity were investigated. The results showed that the absorption capacity was very low when solution pH was lower than 4 and increased greatly with the increase of pH until it reached 6. Since Fe^Ⅱ (EDTA) can be oxidized by oxygen, a smaller absorption capacity of NO was obtained with a higher oxygen content in the simulated flue gas. When oxygen content reached 5 % and 8 %, the absorption capacity of NO decreased about 50 % and 31% respectively comparing with the results without oxygen. Some of the inactive absorbent could be reduced by SO3^2-, the absorption capacity increased about 50% with the addition of 1 mmol · L^-1 SO3^2-.
