摘 要:研究了并流共沉淀法制备的CuO-ZnO催化剂在山梨醇催化氢解反应中的催化性能,考察了不同铜锌比、不同沉淀pH值及沉淀温度对催化剂性能的影响,采用XRD、H2-TPR和SEM等手段对催化剂的分散状态、还原性能和表面形貌进行了表征。结果表明CuO是催化剂的活性组分,且当CuO/ZnO=1/1、沉淀pH值为8.0及沉淀温度为70℃时催化剂活性达到最佳,山梨醇的转化率和目标产物的收率分别达到86.42%和59.18%;此时催化剂中CuO和ZnO的协同作用最佳、有效CuO单元数目最多,催化剂表面的晶粒分布规则均匀同时彼此之间的分散最好。CuO-ZnO catalysts for sorbitol hydrogenolysis were prepared by co-precipitation method, and the effects of CuO/ZnO molar ratio, precipitation temperature and pH value on the performance of CuO-ZnO catalyst prepared were investigated. The H2-TPR, SEM and XRD were used to examine the reduction property, surface morphology and the crystal phase of the catalysts. Using the CuO-ZnO catalyst prepared with molar ratio of CuO to ZnO equal to one, precipitation temperature of 70℃ and pH of 8.0, and under the hydrogenolysis conditions of temperature equal to 200℃, pressure of 11.80 MPa and reaction time of 5 h, the best catalytic activity with the conversion ratio of sorbitol equal to 86.42% and yield of C4-C6 polyols equal to 59.18% can be achieved. It was found that CuO is the active component of the CuO-ZnO catalyst for sorbitol hydrogenolysis and both the molar ratio of CuO to ZnO and the content of CuO in the catalysts affect the catalytic performance significantly. The function of ZnO in the catalyst is to disperse CuO and to adsorb and activate hydrogen, and then enhances the reducibility of CuO and improves the hydrogenolysis of sorbitol. In addition, during preparation, the precipitation temperature and pH might exert remarkable effects on the catalyst performance through determining the formation of phase morphology and crystallinity of the catalyst prepared.
