摘 要:研制了一种用于相控阵雷达的新型铁电体陶瓷移相器.利用四级阻抗匹配技术有效解决了铁电体陶瓷移相器中高低介电常数材料间的匹配问题,设计出了移相器的整体结构.研制出了BST基铁电体陶瓷材料,其介电性能的静态介电常数为98-100(3.2GHz)、高频损耗为0.0047(3.2GHz)、调谐率约为15%(E=5kV/mm).利用上述材料实现了铁电移相器的制备.实验结果表明:当外加偏置电压为12kV时,该移相器可实现360°相移,在10%带宽内驻波比小于1.35,移相器损耗小于3.5dB,功耗小于0.4W.A new ferroelectric ceramic phase-shifter for phased array radar is presented. The impedance matching problem of different materials with different permittivity in phase-shifter was solved by four-stage-impedance transformer, and the structure of phase shifter was designed. Also, the BST- based ferroelectric ceramics were fabricated with microwave dielectric properties: permittivity≈98 100 (at 3.2 GHz), loss≈0. 004 7 (at 3.2 GHz), tunability≈15%(E=5 kV/mm). The phase shifter was obtained with the aid of above ferroelectric ceramics and the experimental results showed that 360° shift could be achieved when applied 12 kV voltage, meanwhile the VSWR of the ferroelectric phaseshifter is less than 1.35 within 10% BW, the loss of the ferroelectric phase-shifter is less than 3.5 dB and the DC power dissipated is less than 0.4 W.
