摘  要:针对青西油田参与固井施工的乙方服务公司数量多、甲方管理对象多、管理效率低的问题,提出了固井专业化服务的管理模式及组建专业化服务机构的构想。实践证明,青西油田推行固井专业化服务管理模式是成功的,降低了管理成本,提高了管理效率。对保证固井质量,提高固井效率也产生了积极的作用,取得了较好的效果。According to the problems in Qingxi Oilfield such as too many service companies of the second part taking part in the well cementing operation, excessive objects which need management of the first part and the lower management efficiency, the conception is put forward about the management models of well cementing specialized service and the establishment of specialized service organization. It is proved in practice that carrying out the management models of well cementing specialized service does not only successfully cut down the managing cost and raise the managing efficiency, but also play an important part in guaranteeing the well cementing quality and in improving the well cementing efficiency, thus having better effects.
