摘　　要：对Ni-P化学镀的反应原理和工艺流程作了介绍,对当前油田井下工具的Ni-P镀防腐处理故障情况进行了调查分析,找出了井下工具防腐处理质量不稳定的具体原因,并提出了提高施镀基面的精度要求等相应的改进对策。Through an introduction to the reaction principles and technical process of Ni-P chemical plating, and the investigation and analysis of anti-corrosive processing faults of Ni-P plating on the down-hole tool of present oil_fields, some exact reasons are found out which causes the unstableness of anti-corrosive processing quality on down-hole tools. Then some improving counter-measures are presented to raise the precision request of plating surface.
