摘　　要：邯钢5号高炉扩容改造工程原地由1260m^3扩容至2000m^3高炉,该工程利用了原来3座外燃式热风炉。在高炉从停炉到投产期间,如何有效的保护硅砖不出现损坏,热风炉保温技术很重要。详细阐述了保温的前提条件、能源介质参数、主要设备和设施、保温方法和措施、操作方案、安全注意事项及事故应对措施等内容。1260m^3 BF in Handan Iron and Steel Co. has been revamped to 2000m^3 on its original site, three existing external combustion type hot air stoves are reused. It is very important to effectively protect silica bricks of BF from damage and hold temperature of hot air stove during the period from blowdown to restarting. The paper introduces in detailed the preconditions of temperature holding, data of energy media, main equipment and facilities, measures of temperature holding, operation practices, safety precautions and countermeasures for emergency cases.
