摘　　要：科学计算工期索赔的基础就是正确分析工序延迟,作者引入了新的网络计划时间参数,并在此基础上建立反映工序延迟的变量.工期索赔中考虑了工序的开工延迟以及工序的总时差,从而使索赔结论更具有说服力.Activity delay analysis is very important for construction time claim. New time parameter of network was defined; simultaneously the authors established some variable that can reflect the status of activity delay. Because start time delay of activity and activity float time were all take into account in time claim, the conclusion was more convictive then before.
