摘　　要：在分析我国煤炭生产安全形势和管理机制现状的基础上,从安全管理主体、安全管理对象及安全管理手段等角度出发,对煤矿生产安全管理机制创新提出了一些建议。Based on analyzing of the current situations of the production safety management and its mechanism, the paper analyzes the current situations of production safe management in mines from many respects such as subjects, objects and means of safe management. Some policy advices for the mechanism innovation of mine safe managements are given. The study is critical to enhance mine production safe management
