摘  要:提出了一种新型的基于无功目标调控域的无功备用电价方法。在分别对系统中各个独立的无功源进行戴维南等值的基础上,依据系统电压目标调控的上下限值来确定该目标域范围;该区域可以提供无功源的调控范围和方向,并且为今后无功的动态分析奠定了基础。建立以有功网损最小为目标函数的无功优化,利用经济学的机会成本原理确定该条件下的无功源备用容量成本,计算无功备用电价。该算法具有原理简单、计算量小的优点。最后,通过一个IEEE-30节点系统来验证本算法的可行性。A new method of reactive power reserve pricing based on regulating and contrulling objective - area is introduced. Based on the each RPAS Thevenin equivalent, this area is obtained by the voltage regulating and contrulllng area, it also offers directions and range of regulations or controls for RPAS sources. It establishes a varoptimization, regarding the minimization of active power losses as objective function, and establishes the foundation of the dynamic analysis for the further researches. It uses the membership function theory of the opportunity cost principle of economics to calculate this RPAS reserve on the condition, and also achieves the reserve price. The conceptions are clear and calculations are convenient. Finally, it uses a IEEE - 30 node system to show the feasibility of the method by examples.
