摘 要:针对公交车用天然气(CNG)/汽油两用燃料发动机使用汽油发动机润滑油出现的积炭多、早期磨损、换油周期缩短等问题,结合公交车用CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机的工作特点,通过大量的试验,研究了基础油对清净分散剂、抗氧抗腐剂、降凝剂等功能添加剂的感受性及添加剂之间的配伍性;运用正交试验进行方案设计,通过对试验数据处理和分析,得出了各因素的影响程度,并确定出了公交车用15W/40 CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机润滑油的优化配方。结果表明:新研制的15W/40 CNG公交车用CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机润滑油具有良好的高低温清净性、抗氧抗腐性和抗磨性能。There are problems such as more carbon, pre-wear and short oil change period in the engines of CNG/gasoline dual-fuel buses in bus companies. Aimed at these problems, it is necessary to study the engine oil of CNG/gasoline dual-fuel. Combined with the studies of the work characteristics of CNG/ gasoline dual-fuel bus engine, a lot of experiments have been performed. In the experiments, the base oil receptivity to the functional additives such as detergent dispersant, oxidation and corrosion inhibitor, and pour point depressant is studied as well as the compatibleness among the functional additives. Based on the experimental results, tests are carried out according to the design of orthogonal test. And in the tests, an optimized CNG/gasoline dual-fuel bus engine oil formula of 15W/40 is developed. The results show that the CNG/gasoline dual-fuel bus engine oil formula of 15W/40 newly developed has good performance at high and low temperature with fine antioxidant and imticorrosion. 10 tabs, 10 refs.
