摘  要:目的探讨六味地黄丸对大鼠5/6肾切除肾功能的作用。方法采用大鼠5/6肾切除模型及细胞立体形态学技术,观察大鼠残肾肾功能的动态变化及其可能的作用机制。结果六味地黄丸具有降低5/6肾切除大鼠BUN、肌酐水平及提高肾小球滤过率(GFR)的作用,与模型组相比差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);形态学研究显示,造模8周时六味组残肾肾小球的体积较大,肾间质纤维化程度较模型组轻;细胞形态学研究显示,六味组肾小球的面数密度NA参数小于模型组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸具有改善5/6肾切除大鼠残肾肾功能的作用,其改善残肾肾功能的作用与六味地黄丸提高肾小球的体积密切相关。Objective To study the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Wan(LDW) on the remained kidney function in 5/6 nephrectmized rat. Methods The morphological changes of the remained kidney and the possible mechanism in rats were measured with the model induced by chronic renal failure of 5/6 nephrectomy and the steric morphological technique. Results LDW could decrease BUN and inosine and increase GFR in the rats. The difference was significant compared to the models(P 〈 0.05). After 8 week, the glomerulus volume of the remained kidney in LDW group was larger, and interstitial fibrosis was lessened. The glomerulus area density in LDW group was fewer than the model group(P〈 0.05). Conclusion LDW can improve remained kidney function in the rats, and the functional strength for the improvement of remained kidney is closely related to the glomerulus volume increased by LDW.
