摘  要:目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)终止妊娠的可能性并观察HIFU辐照小鼠胚胎后胎盘组织细胞c-fos的表达改变。方法HIFU6种声强各60s体内直接照射妊娠第7d小鼠胚胎,妊娠15d时观察各组胚胎死亡率;孕鼠右侧子宫胚胎不照射作为对照,左侧子宫胚胎(实验组)采用完全抗孕声强12W/cm2×60s照射,照后24、48、72、96h留取胎盘,免疫组化技术检测胎盘组织细胞c-fos表达情况。结果对照组胚胎总死亡率为12.2%,实验组中声强3W/cm2、6W/cm2及≥9W/cm2组的胚胎死亡率分别为25.0%、72.9%和100%。HIFU辐照胚胎后24h胎盘组织细胞c-fos表达增加,72h增加最明显,96h表达下降。结论HIFU抗早孕具有潜在的可行性,HIFU辐照胚胎可诱导胎盘组织细胞c-fos表达增加。Objective To investigate the availability of early pregnancy termination with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and to investigate the expression of c-fos in the placenta cells of mouse after HIFU irradiation. Methods The implantation sites of left uterus of 7 th day mouse embryos were exposured with an intensity of 3,6,9,12,15 and 18 W/cm^2 for 60 s, At same time, the embryos of right uterus belonged to the control group, At 15 th day of gestation,the animals were sacrificed. Embryonic mortality was observed. The embryos were irradiated with an intensity of 12 W/cm^2 for 60 s, The c-fos expression of placenta cells were tested with immunohistoehemistry at 24,48,72 and 96 h after irradiating. Results It was found that total embryonic mortality of control group was 12. 2% ,and that was 25, 0% ,72. 9% and 100% respectly with 3 W/cm^2 ,6 W/ cm^2 and equal or more than 9 W/cm^2, The incidence of c-fos expression of placenta cells was increased at 24 h after irradiating and peaked at 72 h, but then decreased gradually at 96 h after irradiating. Conclusion It is feasible for early pregnancy termination of mouse with HIFU. HIFU result in more c-fos expression of placenta cells.
