多脾症和无脾症复合心脏畸形的超声心动图结果分析

摘　　要：目的评价多脾症和无脾症心脏畸形的超声心动图的诊断价值。方法采用超声心动图显像技术结合其他影像资料按心脏节段分析法显示多脾症和无脾症复合心脏畸形。结果多脾症复合心脏畸形常见房间隔和心内膜垫发育畸形、体静脉畸形引流;无脾症复合心脏畸形以完全性心内膜垫缺损、共同心室、肺动脉闭缩或流出道狭窄及大动脉异常多见。结论超声心动图结合X线检查肺和支气管分支形态变化可确诊多脾症和无脾症心脏大血管畸形。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the polysplenia and asplenia syndrome by Echocardiography. Methods Two-dimensional and color Doppler echocardiography were performed in patients with polysplenia and aspleia syndrome. These techniques are useful for detecting situs and malformations of visceral, cardiac and great blood vessels. Results It was commonly examined that the spleen was divided into poly-lobes by fiber in patients with polysplenia syndrome and the associated cardiac malformations are various such as endocardial cushion temic vein. Inversely,in patients with asplenia syndrome, the spleen defect ,interatrial septum defect and anomalies of the syscan not be found and the associated cardiac malformations are relatively constant such as endocardial cushion defect , common ventricle, pulmonary atrisia or pulmonary artery stenosis. Conclusion Echocardiography can effectively diagnose polysplenia and asplenia syndrome with the help of x-ray.
