摘 要:本文研究了Zn^(2+)-SCN^--RB^+-PVA_(124)超高灵敏显色体系及锌的分光光度测定条件。缔合物的吸收峰在607nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数达2.6×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Zn^(2+)浓度在0~0.5μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。测得缔合物的组成比Zn^(2+):RB^(+)为1:30。初步研讨了显色反应的机理。方法有较好的选择性,可不经预分离,成功地用于水样,麦饭石浸出液、花粉和发样中痕量锌的测定。The colour system of Zn^(2+)-SCN^--rhodamine B(RB)-PVA^(124) has been studied. In the medium of hydrochloric acid, the complicated ion-association complex of Zn^(2+)with RB and thiocyanate exhibits maximum absorption at 580nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 2. 6×10~6 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for zinc in the range of 0~0. 5μg/25ml. The reaction mechanism has been discussed and the molar ratio of Zn to RB in ion-associate was found to be 1: 30 as estabilished by molar ratio method and molar absorptivity contrast method. The proposed method has been used for determination of trace Zn in water, leaching solution of Maifan stone, pollen sample and hair with satisfactory results.
