摘　　要：简述了建立图书馆报纸虚拟馆藏的必要性,探讨了报纸虚拟馆藏建设中面临的知识产权问题,并提出了相应的对策。This paper expounds the necessity of constructing the virtual collection of newspapers in the library, probes into intellectual property problem in the construction of virtual collection of newspapers, and advances some countermeasures.
