摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆的服务现状,提出加强高校图书馆员职业自觉的几个方面,探讨了开展人性化服务的对策。This paper expounds the present situation of the service in university library, puts forward several aspects of strengthening the professional consciousness of university librarians, and probes into the countermeasures for developing the humanized service.
