摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下儿童盘状半月板成形手术的疗效。方法对56例症状性儿童膝关节损伤进行关节镜检查,对其中22例边缘完整的盘状半月板实施了成形术。结果22例全部随访,随访0.5～4.5年,根据Ikeuchi制定的评定标准,优10例、良8例、可3例,差1例。优良率81.8%。结论儿童症状性盘状半月板应尽早行成形术,关节镜下盘状半月板成形术具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快等优点,是治疗盘状半月板较为理想的手术方法。Objective To study the arthoscopy therapeutic effects of reshaping of discoid meniscus injuries in children.Method 22 children patients with discoid meniscus injuries were subjected to the arthroseopy reshaping.Results All of the cases received follow-up of 0.5-4.Syears; based on the scale of Ikeuehi＇s criteria,10 were excellent, 8 good,3 fair,1 poor.The overall excellent and good rate was 81.8%.Conclusion Arthroseopy reshaping in the treatment of discoid meniscus injuries in children can play an ideal role,due to its minimal invasion, possibility of early mobilization, lower complication rate, and should be performed as soon as the disease was diagnosed by arthroseopie examination.
