摘 要:在低能氮离子束注入处理后的同源四倍体水稻后代群体内,筛选到具有双胚苗特征的突变单株。在突变体后代的主要农艺性状趋于稳定时对2个株系在不同萌发温度下的多胚苗率进行了鉴定。结果表明,双胚苗特性随着自交世代的推进而得到保持。在试验材料的群体内多胚苗发生频率因材料种类不同或发芽温度不同以及水稻颖壳的有无而表现出一定的差异性。在发芽温度为30℃条件下,ASDOR05-01和ASDOR05-02双苗率均为最高,分别达到6.8%和2.5%。种子经过去颖壳处理后可以使其双苗率提高36.0%~44.1%。A mutant plant with biembryo from the off-spring of autotetraploid rice treated by low energy N^+ ion beam was elected, and the two lines from the mutant plant were used to study the frequencies of the twin-embryo seedling under different germination temperatures when their main agronomic characters approached stable. The results showed that the character of twin-embryo seedling showed genetically stable with generations and the frequencies of twin-embryo seedling changed with germination temperatures, husking off the seed hull and tested rice materials. At 30 ℃, the frequencies of the twin-embryo seedling of ASDOR05-01 and ASDOR05-02 were 6.8% and 2.5%, respectively and increased by 36.05-44.1% by husking off the seed hull of the same lines.
