黄芪多糖油乳佐剂新城疫灭活苗对鸡免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：将黄芪多糖(APS)添加到鸡新城疫油乳剂疫苗中作为免疫佐剂,分别用盐酸左旋咪唑、黄芪多糖粉剂、黄芪多糖针剂和黄芪多糖免疫佐剂等与鸡新城疫油乳剂疫苗同时使用,探讨黄芪多糖免疫佐剂对鸡免疫功能的影响。结果表明,免疫佐剂均提高了疫苗的免疫力,其中,与疫苗混合后作为免疫佐剂使用的黄芪多糖可明显促进抗体产生,提高脾和法氏囊指数以及E-玫瑰花环形成率。Levamisole hydrochloride, astragalus polysaccharides powder, astragalus polysaccnarides injection and astragalus polysaccharides immune adjuvant were combined respectively with Newcastle oil-emulsion vaccine in different methods to study their effects on the immune ability of chickens. The results showed that all of them improved the immune ability of chickens; astragalus polysaccharides as an adjuvant accelerated obviously the development of antibody, increased the spleen index,fabricius index and the rate of E-rosettes.
