摘  要:为实测天然水中超痕量铍(低到0.007μg/L),先用硅胶床富集,洗脱后用2-羟-3-萘甲酸络合Be^(2+),测定其荧光强度。文中详细报告了适宜条件、干扰、回收率以及检测限等。Trace beryllium in nature water was determined with the silica gel preconcentration followed by the spectrofluorometry through the complex of Be and 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid (456nm). The linearity of the working curves kept well over the range of 0. 01~0. 50μg/L (for 0. 5L of sample). The overall recovery was 98. 6%. The relative standard deviation from 11 runs was 4. 7% at 0. 2μg Be/L level, and 18. 3% round 0. 007μg Be/L level, and the detection limit(3σ) was 0. 006μg Be/L. Be concentration in nature water samples from Taiyuan district was found to be 0. 007~0. 021μg/L.
