摘　　要：创新能力的教育应从改变教学观念、尊重学生个性的发展、改革教学方法、推进制度创新和营造创新能力教育的良好环境入手,彻底摒弃扼杀学生学习兴趣、思维活力和创新能力的障碍,以加强大学生创新精神、创新能力和实践能力为核心目标,积极推进大学人才培养模式的改革和创新。Innovative education should begin with transforming teaching concepts,respecting the development of the students＇ personality,improving teaching approaches,promoting systematic innovation and building proper environment for innovative education.It thoroughly removes the obstacles of strangling the students＇ interests in study,vigorous thinking and innovative ability to promote reform and innovation of the personnel training mode in college with the core aim to enhance the students＇ innovative spirit,innovative ability and practical capability.
