摘 要:介绍银的抗菌机理的4种理论:静电吸附杀菌、金属溶出杀菌、光催化杀菌和复合作用杀菌。分析银的抗菌机理与抗菌材料载体种类、细菌结构与成分及银的价态的关系。要得到既长效又广谱、既高效又安全的银系抗菌材料,有必要对银的抗菌机理进行更深入的研究。This paper introduces four theories about the antibacterial mechanism of silver: sterilization by static adsorption, ion exudation, light catalysis, and complex function. It analyzes the relationships between the antibacterial mode of silver and the carrier type of antibacterial materials, between the structure and element of bacteria and the modality of silver ions. It's suggested that a clearer understanding of the antibacterial mechanism of silver will help the development of new safer, more effective Ag-supported permanently-antibacterial materials of broad spectrum.
