摘 要:怠速控制是摩托车系统控制中很重要的控制功能之一,它和发动机的稳定性,排放性和经济性都有很大的关系,怠速控制不好会增加油耗和排放,同时发动机的稳定性变差。为了提高怠速性能,本文将怠速控制过程分为三小部分:冷启动过程,暖机过程和稳定怠速过程。针对每一个过程的不同特征和控制目的,使用不同的控制策略并根据不同的环境参数修改旁通进气量和喷油量,并在暖机过程和稳定怠速中使用氧传感器闭环控制。从而提高发动机怠速性能,同时降低排放、油耗和增加稳定性。Idle control is a very important function of engine control system. It is related with vehicle drivability, fuel consumption, emission, and its well known that inappropriate idling control increases fuel consumption and pollutant emission, and also compromises stability. To improve the performance of idle control, the paper divides idle process into three parts: cold boot process, warm process and stable idle process. In the three processes, injector and idle valve give different amount of fuel and fresh air based on cylinder head temperature, battery voltage and idle speed of engine and so on. Also, in the cold boost process and warm process, the paper uses open loop control, and in the stable idle process uses close loop control. These experi- ments prove that the idle control system is useful and effective for improving engine idle performance.
