摘 要:在半工业性试验系统上进行了振动筛筛面参数的优化配置试验,采用Design-Expert 6.1软件对试验结果进行了统计分析,给出了筛分分离粒度、筛分效率同筛面倾角和筛孔孔径之间的相关关系式,同时揭示了筛孔孔径和筛面倾角对筛分分离粒度的交互作用,提出了在特定分离粒度条件下为达最大筛分效率的筛面参数优化配置方案,为筛分机的设计和使用提供了理论依据。The tests on optimum configuration of parameters of vibrating screen deck have been conducted in pilot test system and statistical analysis has also been carried out on the results obtained from the tests by use of Design-Expert 0.1 software and from these,there have been given the correlation of screening size and screening efficiency with incline of screen deck and diameter of screen aperture and brought to light interaction of aperture diameter of screen and incline of screen deck to screening size.It comes up with the scheme of optimum configuration of screen deck parameters for obtaining maximum screening efficiency under condition of specially required screening size.This will provide theoretical reference for design and application of screen machine.
