细胞内记录猫皮层S_Ⅱ区神经元的伤害性反应

摘　　要：应用玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术，在４９只成年健康猫，观察了大脑皮层第二躯体感受区（ＳⅡ区）１９７个神经元对电刺激隐神经的诱发反应及其生理特性。观察的神经元中，７２个为刺激相关神经元，其中１６个（８．１％）神经元表现为单—诱发反应，反应的刺激阈值高、潜伏期长，反应可被静脉注射吗啡所抑制，称此类特性的神经元为特异性伤害感受神经元；９个（４．６％）神经元呈现两个或三个诱发反应，其第二、第三诱发反应具有上述特异性伤害感受神经元的反应特性，第一诱发反应不具有类似的特性，称此类神经元为非特异性伤害感受神经元。其余４７个神经元为非伤害感受神经元。组织学判定表明刺激相关神经元主要位于大脑皮层Ⅲ～Ｖ层。结果提示猫皮层体感二区（ＳⅡ）存有伤害感受神经元，可分为两种类型，它们在痛觉调制机制中可能起不同作用。With intracellular recording techniques of glass microelctrode, we observed the evoked re sponse and electrophysiological characteristics of the neuron in the second somatosensory cortices (SⅡ area)to saphenous nerve stimulaton in 49 cats. Seventy-two were stimulus-related neurons within 197 ones totally re corded. Sixteen neurons (8.1% in197) that revealed a single evoked response, were called nociceptive-specific neurons, because their responses were characterized by high threshold, long latency and being inhibited by the ac tion of morphine. Nine neurons (4.6% in 197) exhibited two or three evoked responses, and the second or third had similar properties with the response of nociceptive-specific neuron, but the first had not. So they were called nociceptive-nonspecific neurons. Stimulus-related neurons were almost located at layers Ⅲ to V of the cortex. The results suggested that not only nociceptive neuron existed in cerebral SⅡ area of cat, but there were two kinds of nociceptive neurons as well. They may be differently involved in pain mechanism.
