摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,柔性管理日趋显示其重要性。将柔性管理应用于学生教育管理,不仅有利于提高学生教育管理的实效性,而且有利于促进教育管理者和学生之间的沟通交流,实现学校教育管理目标。With the approach of intellectual economy, elastic management increasingly reveal its criticality , utilization of the system in the management of students＇ education will not only improve efficiency of student educational management, yet beneficial for communication between educational manager and students to realize educational management target.
