摘　　要：在21世纪经济全球化发展中,供应链已经成为现代企业竞争力的基础,企业家们能否正确利用供应链的理念进行经营管理是企业面向未来的一项战略选择。阐述了实施供应链管理必须具备的条件,指出了我国企业目前实施供应链管理的困难并提出了相应的解决对策。In the economic globalization of the 21st century, supply chain has become the foundation of competitiveness of modern enterprises. It has become a strategic selection for the entrepreneurs whether or not to make use of the idea of supply chain to carry out marketing and management in future. In the article, the necessary conditions for implementing supply chain management is described, the current difficulties for the Chinese enterprises to implement supply china management are pointed out, corresponding solutions are out forward.
