白腐真菌处理二硝基重氮酚工业废水的研究

摘　　要：二硝基重氮酚(DDNP)是国内工业雷管应用最普遍的起爆药,白腐真菌生化法处理二硝基重氮酚废水的费用低廉,运行管理较方便。通过摇床处理1000 mL微电解后的二硝基重氮酚废水,取得了较好的结果。经白腐真菌处理后,出水CODcr为131 mg/L左右,硝基化合物<0.2mg/L,苯胺类化合物<0.1 mg/L,CODcr去除率在71%左右;总CODcr去除率在94%以上。出水CODcr达到国家二级综合排放标准,出水色度、硝基化合物和胺基化合物达到国家一级综合排放标准。Diazodinitrophenol（DDNP）is a normal primary explosive used in the national industry detonators. The expense of using white rot fungus to treat DDNP wastewater is cheap and the management is easy. The result of 1 000 mL micro-electrolysis DDNP treated through shaking culture was that CODer, the quality of aniline compounds and the quality of nitro compounds of discharge water were separately about 131 mg/L, below 0. 1 mg/L and below 0. 2 mg/L respectively. The COD, of discharge water reached the national second integrated wastewater discharge standard, and the quality of aniline compounds and nitro compounds both reached the national first integrated wastewater discharge standard.
