摘 要:鉴于传统工艺等方法的不足,介绍了从黄姜中提取薯蓣皂苷元新方法—硫酸浸泡法,并探索了硫酸浸泡黄姜提取薯蓣皂苷元的最佳工艺条件。以稀硫酸浸泡黄姜粉末数天,再加热酸解,采用单影响因素,对其工艺参数进行了探讨,得出最佳工艺条件:常温状态下用1.5 mol/L硫酸浸泡8 d,然后加热酸解2.5 h,提取率为1.258%,比传统工艺提高了15.9%。该方法操作简便、投资少、效果好。Diosgenin is an important bioactive compound and starting material. It mainly comes from dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wight. In view of the defaults of the traditional methods of extracting diosgenin from dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wight, the authors introduced a new method-soaking by sulfuric acid. Using the yield of diosgenin as the index, the authors found the optimum conditions of soaking to extract diosgenin from fresh Dioscorea Zingiberensis C. H. Wight. At the common temperature, the fresh Dioscorea Zingiberensis C. H. Wight is soaked in 1.5 mol/L sulfuric Acid for 8 days and then heated for 2.5 hours. The maximal yield is 1. 258% and 15.9% higher than that of the traditional process. This method is simple, low-invested and effective.
