摘　　要：推行工程量清单计价是深化工程造价改革的需要,也是适应市场经济发展和与国际接轨的需要。文章对工程量清单计价的特点、传统计价模式与工程量清单计价模式的区别及工程量清单计价编制中的有关问题进行了论述。It is necessary for the deepening of construction cost reform, for the adaptation to the development of market economy and for the combination with the world to carry out project quantity list quotation. This article has discussed its characteristics, its difference from traditional patterns and some problems.
