摘　　要：目的:探讨CT对结肠癌的检查价值。方法:对15例经手术病理证实的结肠癌CT图像及检查方法进行回顾性分析。结果:结肠癌CT表现为软组织肿块(8例)、肠壁增厚(4例)和肠套叠(3例),并能显示周围及转移情况。结论:CT对结肠癌的诊断及分期有重要价值,充分的检查前准备有利于提高结肠癌的检出率及治疗前的CT分期的准确性。Objective ：To evaluate on CT examination value of colorectal carcinoma. Methods：The CT imaging of 15 colorectal carcinoma with pathologically proved and CT examine methods were retrospectively analyzed. Results：Tile findings on CT were tumor（8 cases）, bowel wall thickening（4 cases）, intussuseption（3cases）. And the findings around the carcinoma, the transferred in abdominal cavity. Conclusion ： CT is of important value in diagalosis and staging of colorectal carcinoma. Ample prepare before CT examination call raise the rate of detect and pre - therapeutic staging accuracy.
