摘　　要：随着军队医院对外医疗有偿服务的不断深入,为确保其在医疗市场竞争中处于有利的位置,需要对自身的经济运营做出更加深入的研究。顺应医疗市场竞争与促进军队医院发展,使卫生经济管理与财务管理资源共享,实现医院经济运营监督机制和医院会计核算制度改革等,都需要通过成立财经管理中心来进行解决,从而达到调整医院卫生经济与医院财务条块管理的格局,整合医院财经管理资源,建立起新的医院财经管理体制的目的。通过三年多来在医院经费管理与控制和医院成本核算等方面的具体实践,试图对军队医院的财经管理资源的整合做一些有益的探索。With the development of the local medical service, the military hospital ought to strengthen the search on the economic circulation to insure the advantageous station in the competition of medical market. The problems as how to comply with the medical market competition and enhance the development of military hospital, how to realize resources share in hygiene economic management and financial administration, and how to reform economical operation supervision mechanism and accounting system etc. , need to solve by establishing the administrative center of finance and economics, which can adjust the pattern of the hygiene economy and financial strip - block management in hospital, combine the financial management resources, and set up new finance and economics management system. With the concrete practice of hospital funds for more than three years, the hospital attempted to make some beneficial exploration of the integration of the financial management resources.
