摘　　要：目的:揭示糖尿病患者住院费用的主要影响因素,为单病种费用控制提供参考。方法:多元逐步回归。结果:糖尿病患者住院费用的主要影响因素有6个:住院天数、费别、有无一级以上护理、年龄、身份、有无并发症。结论:有效控制糖尿病患者住院费用应以控制和缩短住院天数为突破口。同时应建立科学的医疗费用审查和评估体系,对医院的医疗行为实行全过程监控。Objective： To discover the main influence factors of expenditure of diabetes inpatients and to offer reference on controlling the medical expenditure of disease of a certain kind. Methods： Data was analyzed with the method of multiple - stepwise regression analysis. Results： There were mainly six factors influencing the expenditure of diabetes inpatients, such as length of stay in hospital, charge type, age, identity, having upward of first - level nursing or syndrome or not, and having complication or not. Conclusions： Controlling and shortening length of stay in hospital of diabetes inpatients will be helpful to controlling the medical expenditure, and scientific censoring and evaluating system of medical expenditure should be established to supervise the whole progress of the actions in medical treatment.
