摘　　要：阐述电势零点选择中应注意的几种特殊情况和应遵循的两个法则,以及电势分布函数的特殊性等问题。The randomicity and relativity of the selection of the referrence of the zero potential was discussed, also mentioned were two rules obeyed in a few special cases and the particularity of the potential distribution function.
