摘　　要：通过对新旧两种标枪投掷技术和标枪特性的对比分析,提出了“鞭打送枪”技术的观点,它能较好地适应新型标枪的性能和特点,并从生物力学角度进行了分析,希望能够为提高我国的标枪运动水平和基础训练水平,提供有价值的参考。Through comparing the old and new type of javelin throwing and the features of different javelins, a new method of throwing javelin which can be better fit for the traits of the new type of javelin was put forward. An analysis was made from the perspective of biomechanics in the hope of providing valuable references for improving the javelin sports performance and basic training level.
