摘 要:通过浸泡失重率、水蒸气透过率、孔洞率、交流阻抗技术(EIS)和机械性能测试等方法,研究了玻璃鳞片在酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂防腐涂料中的作用。结果表明,在防腐涂料中C型玻璃鳞片具有良好的耐蚀性;同时在喷涂型涂料中,选择200目玻璃鳞片较好。在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡120d后,玻璃鳞片与酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂的质量比为30/100的涂层电阻仍然在109Ω.cm2以上,比未添加乙烯基酯树脂的涂层电阻高2个数量级,涂层电容稳定为8.40×10-11F/cm2左右。By means of mass loss experiments, vapor permeation tests, hole percentage measurements, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and mechanical testing, it was shown that addition of 200-mesh C-type glass flakes led to improved corrosion resistance in sprayed coatings. It was found that the best corrosion and permeation resistance is obtained with a ratio of glass fiber to resin of 30:70. After immersion in a 3.5 % NaCl solution for 120 d, the resistance of the coating remained above 10^9Ω ·cm^2, two orders of magnitude larger than the resistance of a control coating without added glass flakes. During immersion, the value of the capacitance of the coating reached a limiting value around 8.40 × 10^-11 F/cm^2.
