摘 要:采用DSC和凝胶时间方法优选促进剂种类,研制出一种于60℃固化的TDE-85/芳香胺树脂体系,制作单向复合材料和150mm标准压力容器并进行了性能测试。结果表明:该树脂体系具有适宜的粘度和足够的使用期,同时浇铸体力学性能优异,能在60℃左右完全固化,适合干湿法缠绕成型。容器实验也表明其能满足干湿法缠绕工艺,具有高温固化树脂体系相同的容器性能,尤其是强度转化率很高,高强2#玻璃纤维和F-12纤维分别达到99.1%和79.5%。An aromatic amine/catalyst-curing TDE-85 epoxy resin system cured at 60℃ was acquired. Using DSC and gel time analysis the catalyst types were optimized. Unidirectional fibers composites and 150mm diameter standard pressure vessel were formulated by wet filament winding and preimpregnated filament winding, respectively. The results showed that TDE-85/aromatic amine formulations may obtain desired mechanical properties of resin casting, with viscosity and storage time acceptable for filament winding at 60℃ curing temperature. Vessels wound with TDE-85/aromatic amine have exhibited fiber direction composite strength properties equivalent to vessels wound with standard high curing temperature epoxy system, with a translation of S2 glass and F-12 fiber delivered hoop strength of 99.1% and 79.5%, respectively. The conclusion drawn is that this epoxy resin curing system can meet the dual purpose and requirement of the wet filament winding or preimpregnated filament winding.
